The piano
Piano has been at the heart of everything I make since childhood. Every song starts there — whether it ends up as a stripped-back piano ballad, a full band production, or a purely instrumental piece. It’s the one constant across everything I release.
I create music, podcasts (with my wonderful wife Drea) and books, inspiring you to love one life — enjoy it, live with intention, and be fulfilled.
For 30 years, music never left me alone, no matter how many times I tried to walk away from it. Now I’m releasing all my music under one name, one identity: The Fred Warner.

If there’s one thread through everything I create, it’s about loving the one life you have — today, not one day. You already know who you are, deep down in your soul, underneath the fears and the judgements. It’s not your true identity holding you back; it’s everything you’ve piled on top of it.
You’ve probably just been living out of alignment with your soul, and it most likely leaves you feeling unfulfilled, maybe even fed up, pissed off, angry, lost, sad, or a range of other feelings.
I spent years chasing other people’s goals, ignoring my own soul, hesitating, doubting, stopping, starting again; and eventually realised: you don’t have to be famous to live a great life, but you do need to live it intentionally.
If my work helps you pick up the thing you’ve been avoiding (the dream, the story, the decision), then that’s all that matters.
